The Aquacultural Engineering Society recognizes outstanding achievements in the field of aquacultural engineering through its awards program. Currently the AES makes annual awards recognizing the best papers published in the journal Aquacultural Engineering and ad hoc awards for excellence and service to the field. The AES feels recognizing accomplishment in the field of aquacultural engineering is important for promoting the field and our members.
